Somrwita co-founded her first venture at the age of 19 while still studying Economics at Jadavpur University — a bold beginning for someone who had already shown a flair for leadership at school by co-creating a literary magazine.
Her entrepreneurial path was shaped at XLRI Jamshedpur, where she completed the Post Graduate Programme in Entrepreneurship Management. Surrounded by peers and professors who believed in business as a force for good, she honed an approach that blends innovation with social inclusion.
She went on to earn an MBA in Marketing from Calcutta University, graduating as the university topper, and has since worked and lived across continents shaping businesses and building teams. Her ventures and projects reflect a consistent theme: entrepreneurship not just as commerce, but as a platform for creating meaningful impact.
