Giving back has been part of Somrwita's story from the very start. As a school girl at Loreto Day School she took an active role in philanthropic activities under the guidance of Principal S. M. Cyril. That early exposure to service planted a seed that would continue to grow.
Her time at XLRI Jamshedpur deepened this commitment, introducing her to the Joy of Giving movement and to a network of socially conscious entrepreneurs. In her professional life she has consistently sought ways to align business with social good, mentoring young changemakers and designing initiatives that widen access and inclusion.
For her, philanthropy is not a separate activity but an ethos: the belief that the success of any venture is measured not only by profit but also by the lives it touches.
